Europe and the transatlantic partnership are the cornerstones of Germany’s foreign policy. Its peace and security policy is embedded in the  multilateral concepts of NATO and UN. Managing globalization is another key issue of German foreign policy.

Partnership with Africa

The German G20 Presidency  has put the spotlight on Africa’s economic development. The new G20-Africa-Partnership intends to facilitate investment Compacts between interested African countries, International Organisations and interested Partners to support private investment, sustainable infrastructure and employment in African countries.
