Monday to Thursday from 7.00am to 11.30am (by appointment only)
Friday from 7.00am to 11.30am (group appointments only)

Collection of passports

Monday to Thursday from 1.00pm to 2.00pm (only with application receipt)
Friday from 11.00am to 12.00am (only with application receipt)

Please note that passports can be picked up after applying for a Schengen visa at the earliest 14 days after application.
For all national visas you will be informed in advance about the collection modalities. Please refrain from inquiries about the status of your application. These cannot be answered.

If you have already visited the embassy and submitted an application in person, please refrain from inquiries about the processing status during the first 12 weeks, as these will not be answered.

If information is missing in your request, it will not be possible to process your request or the response will take much longer as we first need to identify your case.
