Friday from 7.00 to 11.30 (group appointments only)

Collection of passports

Monday to Thursday from 13.00 to 14.00 (only with application receipt)

Friday from 11.00 to 12.00 (only with application receipt)

Please note that passports can be picked up after applying for a Schengen visa at the earliest 14 days after application.

For all national visas you will be informed in advance about the collection modalities. Please refrain from inquiries about the status of your application. These cannot be answered.

If you have already visited the embassy and submitted an application in person, please refrain from inquiries about the processing status during the first 12 weeks, as these will not be answered.
