Due to the hight demand for appointments we have set up a waiting list for the different categories for a short visa. The waiting list will be open from December 10^th 2025 onwards and will replace the direct appointment booking system. You have to register yourself on the waiting list in order to get an appointment.

The registration on the waiting list is FREE OF CHARGE.The Embassy does not encourage registrations to be made through agencies or any other third party offering their services against payment of a fee.

Due to the high demand for appointments, there will be waiting time between your registration on the waiting list and your actual appointment of several weeks.
Please do not ask for special appointments, these requests cannot be met.
